Perishable Items & Jewellery
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on perishable items and jewellery for hygiene and safety reasons.
This policy aligns with UK consumer law, which excludes perishable goods and certain hygiene items from the standard 14-day cooling-off period for online sales.

Unopened Blankets & Pillows (Change-of-Mind Returns)
If you purchase blankets or pillows online, you have the right to cancel your order and return the items within 14 daysof receiving them, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
This right is provided under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To qualify for a refund:

The goods must be unopened and in resaleable condition. 
- 
You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 14 days of delivery. 
- 
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of cancellation. 
- 
You are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or sent in error. 
- 
Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange a refund or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Under this Act, you have the right to reject goods within 30 days of receipt if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Returns or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address provided by you may incur additional shipping charges.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of return postage.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
