Returns & Refunds

I’m sorry, but I can't offer refunds on perishable items and jewellery for hygiene and safety reasons.

If an item is lost or damaged, I’m happy to provide a full refund within 10-14 days after the expected arrival date.

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order, as any returns due to incorrect addresses will incur a shipping charge.
Your remaining balance will be refunded via your original payment method.
